Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort is seeking Seasonal Guest Services Agents to deliver exceptional service to guests during the winter season. This on-site, part-time role requires punctuality, strong organization, and a guest-focused approach to create memorable experiences.

Training sessions begin mid-November with a tentative December start. You will handle ticket sales, rentals, and product recommendations while maintaining a friendly, responsive attitude and contributing to team celebrations and resort

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Minimum 16 hours per week preferred.
• Must attend paid training mid-November with a tentative season start the first week of December.
• Willingness to work a flexible, part-time schedule on-site including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Desire to be an integral part of a growing resort team.
• Friendly, guest-focused and responsive attitude.
• High level of organization and time management abilities.
• Ability to juggle and prioritize changing tasks and various guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional service while helping guests select products and packages that best suit their needs.
• Conducts ticket sales and rental transactions in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Responds positively and helpfully to guest questions and concerns.
• Identifies opportunities to upsell products and services to visitors.
• Performs general clerical duties.
• Maintains cleanliness of workspaces and surrounding areas.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Seasonal Guest Services Agents are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests at the resort during our winter season. We are seeking an on-site, punctual, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited for an opportunity to provide a guest with an experience that is beyond their expectations and to create guests for life.
