Bergstrom Quest Training Center in Neenah, WI is hiring a Customer Service Scheduler to manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat, schedule appointments, and process requests on-site. You will maintain guest records and identify opportunities to offer maintenance packages, all while delivering exceptional service.

We seek an upbeat, communicative team player with strong guest-service skills and the ability to build relationships with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Determine requirements by working with guests via phone, email and chat-to-text.

• Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information, scheduling appointments and forwarding requests.
• Sell additional services by recognizing opportunities for scheduled maintenance package.
• Maintain guest information database by entering and updating guest information.
