Guest Services Agent

Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Wednesday – Saturday.

Compensation

$500 hiring bonus; full‑time position and pay up to $19.00 per hour.

What You'll Be Up To

As a Guest Service Agent you will be the heart of our hotel operations. You will welcome guests, handle all check‑in and check‑out procedures, manage room reservations, process guest requests, handle payment, verify and adjust billing, activate and distribute room keys, and provide a point of contact for all guest requests.

What We're Looking For

• Hotel front desk experience and cash handling experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to stand for up to eight hours and work as part of a team in a busy airport setting.
