Green Meadows Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Malvern, PA is seeking a Part Time Guest Services teammate to deliver friendly, professional service to patients, residents, families and staff. The role includes leading Ambassador Rounds, preparing rooms for admission, and serving as a primary contact for needs.

Green Meadows Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in beautiful Malvern, PA is hiring a Part Time Guest Services position!!

This position hours are 11:30am-8pm.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills while engaging with patients, residents, families, and staff to help ease the transition into our facility. The role includes leading our Ambassador Rounds program, ensuring rooms are ready for admission, helping educate about our services and departments and providing a primary contact for their needs . They act as a liaison between departments and the families and patients. They will help support the admissions process, proactively meet with new admissions, and engage with patients and families to encourage positive reviews and share success stories. Guest Services must be professional, personable, friendly, and able to handle a variety of communication situations as well as administrative tasks and multitask.
