Breathe Easy Rentals in Destin, FL is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to deliver exceptional guest experiences by assisting with reservations, resolving issues, and coordinating support across teams.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills for a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and customer-focused, ensuring positive stays for every guest.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and self-sufficient, while being able to seek guidance when needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with homeowners and guests.
• Technical computer skills on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
• Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, early mornings and evenings as needed.
• Professional in all forms of communication such as email, phone calls, video calls and texts.
• Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.
• Highly responsive and reliable.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the needs of a 24/7 business.
• Have the ability to make decisions that are in the best interest of Easy Vacation Services and Breathe Easy Rentals and the guest, bridging the gap for guest understanding while displaying empathy.
• Have the ability to learn on the fly and follow along with real-time information.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.

• Organization skills and be able to multi-task.
• Schedule and help keep on top of any Breezeway tasks that are required.

What You’ll Do
