Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is seeking energetic Retail Team Members in Orlando to welcome Guests, drive store sales, and keep shelves well-stocked. You’ll use the POS system, verify ages, and promote our extensive wine, spirits, beer, and cigars selection.

Responsibilities include merchandising, stocking deliveries, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. This role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with no prior retail experience required

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs demand.
• No prior retail experience required, though previous customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide prompt, friendly service throughout their visit.
• Operate POS system accurately, process transactions and apply promotions with proper cash handling.
• Maintain Responsible Vendor status for alcohol purchases and check IDs for age verification.
• Learn and promote ABC’s wide selection of wine, spirits, beer, and cigars.
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, and visual presentation to meet store goals.
• Receive, unload, and validate invoices; organize and stock deliveries.
• Keep store, stockroom, and customer areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist with daily property upkeep including sweeping, trash removal, and restrooms.
• Provide gift-wrapping and carryout service; assemble gift baskets as needed.
• Stay current on training, policies, and product knowledge for a quality guest experience.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Store Leadership.
