Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality by assisting guests with parking and luggage in a friendly, efficient manner. You will be responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles promptly while ensuring safety and security at all times.

Key duties include assisting guests with directions, queries, and hotel amenities information, accepting payments, and delivering excellent customer service throughout shifts that run Monday through Friday with open

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• One month related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and write standard English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with parking and luggage.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Provide directions and information to guests and staff.
