Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform all duties per management guidance.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Follow safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash levels.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Support guest service programs and processes 24/7.
• Handle cash deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
• Restock products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
