The supervisor will be hands-on, visible, and compliant with policies while guiding staff through daily duties. The position emphasizes training, scheduling, payroll-related logging, and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Basic Computer Skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bookings and guest check-in/out using the PMS.
• Lead and train Guest Service Representatives; assist GM with payroll logging.
• Greet and manage guest arrivals and departures; handle charges for rooms and services.
• Provide guests with information on amenities and local attractions; address concerns promptly.
• Operate the phone system, make reservations via multiple channels, and document confirmations.
• Maintain Front Desk Log, Night Audit Checklist, and daily records; ensure safety procedures.
