Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to lead the front office team and ensure exceptional guest service. You will be a resource for guest inquiries, guide associates, and uphold our commitment to a welcoming, love-driven guest experience.

Responsibilities include room assignments, managing folios and payments, and ensuring daily front office operations run smoothly with a focus on guest satisfaction and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years progressive experience in a hotel, resort or related field.
• Proficient in Windows software; able to convey information clearly under pressure; maintain composure; leadership rooted in collaboration and service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests feel welcome and receive responsive, courteous service at all times.
• Assist front office management with room assignments, keys, folio notes, and payments.
• Complete and file daily front office checklists and reports (bucket check, rate verification, housekeeping).

Guest Service Supervisor

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the front office management team while providing courteous and efficient service to all guests. You will be a resource for the many questions our guests may have and ensure customer satisfaction prior to arrival and throughout their stay. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Assign rooms, make keys, view and make notes in the guest’s folio and handle payments.
• Complete and ensure that a proper bucket check, room rate verification report, and housekeeping report have been accurately done and filed as well as daily front office checklists.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 to 3 years progressive experience in a hotel, resort, or related field.
