Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions seeks a Guest Service Ambassador to warmly assist guests during check-in, stay, and check-out, ensuring memorable experiences. You will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere with friendly, proactive service and teamwork.

No experience is required; we provide training. Flexible full-time or part-time hours year-round, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, responsive and courteous manner at check-in, during stay, and at check-out.
• Respond to guest inquiries about resort services, facilities, restaurants, transportation, and hours of operation promptly.
• Coordinate logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
• Participate as a team and uphold service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.

Guest Service Ambassador

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Guest Service Ambassador. In this role, you will need a friendly and enthusiastic attitude to help guests during their check-in, stay, and check-out. Ensuring each person leaves with memories that last a lifetime.Your role will be key in delivering top-notch service and making every guest’s experience truly exceptional.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
