Job description

We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top-notch guest experiences while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise staff to ensure job duties are performed effectively.
  • Coach employees through constructive feedback.
  • Greet guests and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Follow safety, security, quality, and operational policies.
  • Operate the POS system and manage cash processes.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Execute guest service programs around the clock.
  • Manage cash deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks.
  • Replenish stock to maintain availability.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Check in vendors as per guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Efficient and organized.
  • Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to access all store areas and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to work in various temperatures.

Education

High School Diploma or GED required.

Wage: $16.50 - $17.50/hr
