Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Team Member to provide professional and courteous service to guests and team members. You will operate the POS system, handle transactions, stock and maintain store appearance, and support daily operations.

The role requires clear communication, a positive attitude, and flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will collaborate with the store team to ensure guest satisfaction and safety across the store.

Qualifications

• No minimum education or experience required.
• Ability to communicate clearly, orally and in writing; hear and understand speech and other sounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, desire to help people, and ability to cooperate and function as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Operate Point-of-Sale system to process guest transactions.
• Complete daily/shift tasks as directed, following company protocol.
• Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet guests.
• Take guest orders by phone or in person.
• Responsible for shift recovery, stocking products and providing the next shift with adequate supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
