Job summary

The Spinx Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Greenville, SC to join a team that delivers friendly, accurate service and supports strong store operations. This role supports food safety and sanitation standards while ensuring high-quality customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a CSR, you will help maintain orderly shelves and clean facilities, handle cash transactions, and uphold age-restricted sale rules.

Qualifications

• Available to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Able to perform cash handling and maintain safe store environment.
• Cross-trained in retail and food service responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time in proper uniform with a clean, professional appearance.
• All teammates are required to be cross-trained and proficient in performing all retail and food service responsibilities.
• Follow safety policies and report any accidents or hazards to management.
• Provide fast, friendly and accurate service and ensure customers leave satisfied.
• Keep work area organized and sales floor clean; restrooms kept clean.
• Protect company assets including cash and inventory and handle cash per policy.
• Comply with age-restricted sale regulations with proper ID for verification.
