The Spinx Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Greenville store team. You will deliver fast, friendly service, handle cash transactions accurately, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment that aligns with our policies and values.

As CSR you will be cross-trained across retail and food service tasks, support safe operations, adhere to age-restricted sale rules, and help create a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret information and communicate in English.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in proper uniform with a professional appearance.
• Be cross-trained in all CSR responsibilities to support team operations.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service while handling customer needs and requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, sales floor, and restrooms.
• Protect company assets, including cash handling in accordance with policies.
• Comply with age-restricted sale laws and verify IDs as required.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing, and daily store operations.
• Contribute to a positive store atmosphere aligned with core values.
