The Spinx Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in South Carolina. The CSR role emphasizes delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service while upholding safety, food safety, and sanitation standards as part of our store operations and policies.

You will be expected to work collaboratively, report for shifts on time in uniform, and participate in cross-training to cover all retail and food service duties.

• Be cross-trained in all retail and food service duties to support the team.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards to management.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers.
• Maintain organized work area and clean sales floor and restrooms.
• Ensure exterior cleanliness of building and forecourt.
• Protect company assets and handle cash following policies.
• Comply with age-restricted sale regulations with proper ID checks.
• Help ensure merchandising, pricing, and food service standards.
• Set a positive tone and communicate according to Store Operations Guideline.
• Assist customers at self-checkout if present.
