Job summary

You will assist customers, maintain clean facilities, follow safety and food service standards, and support age verification and cash handling procedures as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• There is a requirement to be cross-trained in all retail and food service duties as part of team support.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Adherence to safety policies and procedures is essential.
• Ability to follow the Company Personal Appearance Policy and present a professional image.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time in proper uniform.
• Be cross-trained to perform all CSR duties across retail and food service tasks.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards to management.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service while respecting every customer.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and restrooms.
• Monitor compliance with age-restricted sale policies and verify IDs when required.
• Support merchandising, pricing, and food service standards set by The Spinx Company.
