Qualifications

• The Customer Service Representative must be available to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to read, analyze and interpret information in English.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in proper uniform with a clean, professional appearance.
• Cross-trained and proficient in performing all retail and food service responsibilities.
• Follow safety policies and report accidents or hazards.
• Provide fast, friendly and accurate service; ensure customers feel respected.
• Keep an organized work area and clean sales floor and restrooms.
• Protect company assets including cash and inventory and follow cash handling policies.
• Adhere to age-restricted sale regulations and verify IDs.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing, food service, and administrative requirements.
• Set a positive store tone and communicate effectively according to guidelines.
• Assist customers at self-checkout where applicable.
