Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to understand policies and communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Available to work a variety of hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and good judgment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must have up-to-date food handling certificates where required by location.
• Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service; greet and thank customers with eye contact.
• Conduct POS activities accurately and safely across multiple payment methods.
• Maintain cash drawer and reconcile at shift end.
• Perform station cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas, restrooms, pumps, and car wash.
• Prepare food and hot beverages; manage ExtraMile/KKC foodservice and stock as needed.
• Actively promote store specials and marketing programs.
• Cross-check delivered goods prices for accuracy.
• Distribute delivered goods to shelves and keep shelves full.
• Observe local laws when fueling vehicles with gas/diesel in Oregon.
• May perform other duties as assigned by management.
