Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide outstanding guest service at Stonewall Resort in West Virginia. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-in/check-out, answering questions, and guiding guests to hotel amenities and local attractions.

The role requires strong communication, computer and typing skills, with an outgoing personality and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the front desk and assist with check-in/check-out using the computer.
• Answer guest inquiries in a friendly manner and direct guests to appropriate locations.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities and local area for guest information.
• Process reservation calls and manage future availability during off-hours.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns and involve a supervisor when appropriate.
• Support a flexible work schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
