Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a friendly Reservations Agent for Stonewall Resort to deliver outstanding guest service and accurate reservations. You will manage calls, confirm bookings, upsell options, and share information on packages, events, and resort facilities.

Ideal candidates have reservations/PBX experience, a clear speaking voice, and excellent communication. The role requires fast typing, teamwork across departments, and professional presentation in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Pleasant speaking voice, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 words per minute accurately.
• Previous Reservations/PBX experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Professionally manage all incoming reservation calls with efficiency; confirm reservations, upsell, and answer questions on rates, facilities, services, and promotions.
• Coordinate information with sales staff and conference services staff as well as other departments.
• Accurately confirm reservations and manage input in the PMS; maintain accurate records of deposits.
• Provide exceptional guest service and handle guests' special requests in a professional manner.
