Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of related experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash accurately.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and takes orders with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Takes and fills orders within service time guidelines.
• Upsells products as directed by management.
• Collects payment and delivers orders to customers.
• Addresses customer issues promptly and notifies the manager as needed.
• Maintains accurate cash handling and counts drawer at shift end.
• Notifies Manager in Charge of issues or equipment problems.
• Keeps display areas clean and products rotated.
• Stocks service area and maintains supplies.
