Job summary

Responsibilities include handling the electronic cash register/P.O.S. system, ensuring food quality before service, and assisting coworkers to maintain a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starting with an even disposition and professional appearance.
• Willingness to pitch-in and help coworkers as a team player.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift at least 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve guest orders promptly according to service manual.
• Perform setup sidework as assigned and answer menu questions.
• Operate the POS system where applicable.
• Check food appearance, temperature, and portions before serving.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and assist teammates as needed.
• Adhere to safety and service standards at Crescent Hotels & Resorts.
