Job summary

Wentworth By The Sea is seeking a friendly Server to greet guests and deliver attentive service according to SOPs. You will know menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods, and work with the team to maintain a clean dining area.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, strong phone skills, and professional appearance are essential. Prior hospitality experience is a plus; comprehensive benefits are offered including health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone
• Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following SOPs
• Willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays
• Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift
• Complete all closing side work at end of shift
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Follow all policies and procedures
• Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance
• Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform
• Maintains cleanliness of all dining and patio areas
