Wentworth by the Sea Resort in New Castle, NH is seeking Cocktail Servers to join our Salt Kitchen & Bar team, providing an outstanding guest experience.

Full- and part-time opportunities are available; seasonal and year-round positions may apply. Shifts include lunch or dinner with potential for full-time, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to walk/stand for up to 5 hours at a time.
• Lift/move up to 25 lbs.
• Experience as a Cocktail or Dining Room Server preferred but not required.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests in a friendly manner and take orders.
• Serve food and beverages following responsible alcohol service policies.
• Buss tables and respond to guest requests promptly.

Our Cocktail Server position is a great way to earn extra money in a second job or part-time work or join our team full-time! Shifts are available for lunch or dinner service with full time potential if interested.

Seasonal and year-round positions are available! Our food and beverage operation is extremely busy and offers a high earning potential.

Activities of a Cocktail Server include tasks such as engaging our guests in a friendly manner; serving food and beverages to guests; following responsible alcohol service policies and processes; bussing tables; responding to guest requests in a timely manner, etc.

Qualifications for the Cocktail Server position include the ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends; the ability to walk/stand for up to 5 hours at a time, and the ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.

Experience as a Cocktail or Dining Room Server is preferred but not required.

Same day interviews may be available if applying in person between meal periods.
