Job summary

Sala, a vibrant dining destination in Beverly, MA, is seeking a friendly Server to ensure a delightful dining experience. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and help guests feel welcome. You will communicate clearly, work with team and kitchen to deliver accurate orders, use our POS, handle payments, and maintain a clean dining area.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus.
• Massachusetts Food Handler’s Permit is required or able to obtain.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and describe food and drink items.
• Take accurate orders using POS system.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders to tables.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions.
