Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm, enthusiastic manner and assist in seating guests as needed.
• Present menus, answer questions, and suggest food, service, and wines.
• Memorize menu selections and daily specials, and know basic ingredients.
• Write or memorize orders and relay to kitchen and service bar via POS.
• Observe guests and fulfill requests, process payments, and assist with checkout.
• Maintain and clean service and prep areas; notify management of guest complaints.
