Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment
• Promote additional services, new products/ promotions, sell waxing passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line
• Manage front desk operations, including check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance
