Paradies Lagardère is hiring a Runner to help deliver meals and create an amazing guest experience in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests warmly, explain dishes, and assist team members to ensure timely service.

Prepare and deliver orders accurately, maintaining clean work areas, and supporting various restaurant tasks. A High School diploma is required, hospitality experience preferred, and strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Must have a passion for guest service.
• Say “Yes”, “Thank you” and “Smile” often and exceed First Class Service standards.
• Welcome each guest with a warm greeting.
• Explain dishes and drinks, take orders, and make recommendations.
• Coordinate food orders to ensure timely delivery to the table.
• Refill water and drinks periodically.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly.
• Assist Expediter, Servers, and Bartenders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Support other areas of the restaurant as requested, such as seating customers and stock work.
• Complete side work duties (sweeping, mopping).
• Comply with local, state, and federal laws including food safety.
