Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum one year in food and beverage as a busser or runner.
• Ability to carry three entrée plates for long distances up to 150 ft.
• Knowledge of menu items and expo process in fine dining.
• Strong personal hygiene and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to guests in a timely, organized manner.
• Lead communication between servers and culinary team.
• Read tickets to ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Monitor guest dining experience and check guest satisfaction.
• Assist with clearing tables and maintaining service areas.
• Provide dining options and attraction information to guests.
• Respect health and safety standards; perform general cleaning tasks.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
