Tide Cleaners in Omaha is hiring a Guest Service Representative to deliver top-notch customer service at the front of the store. You will assist customers with drop-offs, pickups, and clothing intake for cleaning, always aiming to create a positive experience for every client.

GUEST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

Tide Cleaners is now hiring at multiple store locations in Omaha! Come work for an exciting new franchise that is the fastest growing laundry & garment care brand in Omaha.

We are seeking friendly and energetic customer service professionals with a positive attitude. We need someone who enjoys taking care of customers and is able to multi-task with accuracy.

Current Shifts Available

Full Time - 35 hours/week Part Time - 10-30 hours/week

Shifts available: Morning and Evening Monday thru Friday with rotating Saturday shifts 8am-5pm. We are closed on Sundays.

Locations

7 locations throughout the Omaha Metro Area

What exactly would I do?

Tide Cleaners Guest Service Rep (GSR) will be focused on front of store customer service experience, you will be on your feet interacting with customers picking up & dropping off their clothes, as well as checking in clothes for cleaning. Your #1 priority will be ensuring a positive customer service experience for our Tide Cleaners’ clientele.

Do I have what it takes?

You must be great with customers, a natural conversationalist that has a consistently positive & upbeat attitude. At the same time, it will be helpful to be able to use a computer and a problem solver. We will provide you with hands on Tide Cleaners training and all of the tools you need to be successful.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
