Job summary

Raymond Management Company is seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our Front Desk team. This role greets guests, manages check-in/check-out, handles requests, and coordinates with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales to ensure smooth operations.

Starting salary range is $15.00-$16.00 per hour based on experience. Wage increases at 30, 60, 90 days and 6 months, plus benefits including paid time off, holidays, hotel room discounts, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and professional guest relations approach.
• Basic computer skills and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Hotel or customer service experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests, creating a positive and welcoming experience.
• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring smooth service with a friendly attitude.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and reservations with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Communicate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage daily front desk duties, including payments, room assignments, and resolving any guest issues.
