Job summary

Raymond Management Company is seeking a detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness standards. This part-time role offers starting wages of $15.00–$16.00 per hour, with wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days based on performance.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus; training provided.
• Able to lift 10 lbs, up to 35 lbs, and stand for extended periods.
• Be detail-oriented with a focus on guest comfort.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to high cleanliness standards.
• Restock supplies, change linens, vacuum, dust, and sanitize rooms and bathrooms.
• Communicate with front desk and maintenance to address guest requests.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards for guests and teammates.
• Be part of a team that meets and exceeds guest expectations.
