The Nothing Bundt Cakes Guest Service Representative creates a warm, welcoming environment for our guests, offers creative solutions for celebratory occasions, and sells our delicious cakes. The role involves engaging with guests, providing excellent service, and ensuring a memorable experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining product knowledge, suggesting merchandise, processing orders, and keeping the bakery clean and organized. The position requires high energy, strong interpersonal skills, multitasking ability, and basic arithmetic skills. Applicants must be 18 or older, with previous guest service experience preferred but not required. The role offers a compensation of $16.28 per hour, with opportunities for growth into a lead position. Availability is Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to around 3:00 pm.
