Guest Service Representative – Part-Time
Residence Inn by Marriott – Roseville, MN
Pay: $15.50/hr to $17.50/hr (based on experience)
Shifts: 7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm (alternating days, not both in one day)

What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out

Handle guest requests and resolve issues with a positive attitude

Provide local recommendations and support to enhance the guest experience

Ensure front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

Availability to work a rotating schedule (7am–3pm some days, 3pm–11pm on others)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Dependability and strong attention to detail
