Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative to ensure smooth front desk operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily service needs while maintaining a welcoming, professional presence.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing payments, coordinating with housekeeping, and providing local information.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems.
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask.
• Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.
