Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative to welcome guests, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and support daily front desk operations. You will resolve guest questions, process payments, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth stay.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, friendly professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems.

• Hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends.
