Springhill Suites Kennewick, proudly managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality, is seeking a Guest Service Representative. You will welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, answer questions, and coordinate services to ensure a seamless stay.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Shifts up to 40 hours weekly, including nights and weekends, are possible.

Summary

This position ensures guest satisfaction through check-in, check-out and the coordination of hotel services. This position serves as the primary contact for all guests throughout their stay. They provide customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and coordinating with other hotel staff to meet guest needs. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay for guests.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are important, along with the ability to work well in a team environment. Up to 40 hours per week with varied and flexible shifts/days, likely to include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
