Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative to welcome guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and support daily front desk operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You will greet guests, handle reservations, answer questions, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, maintaining a clean front desk area and delivering friendly, professional service daily.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive, and professional presence.
• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems.
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask.
• Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.
