Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative in San Diego to assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily service needs. You will help ensure smooth front desk operations and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

You will greet guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, answer questions, process payments, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive and professional presence.
• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems.
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask.
• Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.
