Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to help guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily service needs. You will support smooth front desk operations and contribute to memorable stays.

You will greet guests, answer questions, operate the front desk system, coordinate with housekeeping, and deliver exceptional service across shifts, including holidays and weekends, in a welcoming hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive, and professional presence.
• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems.
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask.
• Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.
