Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes #1173 is seeking a friendly team member to welcome guests, answer questions, and help them select products. You will take orders, process transactions, and keep the front-of-house area clean and inviting. Training will be provided for our POS system and bakery standards.

The ideal candidate loves working with people, can multitask in a busy environment, and is excited to contribute to a joyful guest experience. No prior experience required; we will train the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome every guest with a warm, friendly, and genuine attitude.
• Provide exceptional guest service and create memorable experiences.
• Help guests select cakes, Bundtlets, Bundtinis, gifts, and other products.
• Take and accurately fulfill guest orders.
• Answer guest questions about products, flavors, ingredients, and promotions.
• Handle transactions accurately using the bakery's POS system.
• Package and present products according to Nothing Bundt Cakes standards.
• Keep the front-of-house area clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure merchandise is properly presented.
• Assist with phone orders, online orders, and third-party delivery orders.
• Support large orders, celebrations, fundraisers, and special events.
• Communicate guest needs and bakery priorities with the Bakery Manager and team.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Jump in wherever needed to support the bakery and the team.
