Job summary

Grail Springs Wellness Retreat in Bancroft, Ontario is seeking a guest service representative to warmly welcome guests, check them in and provide information about facilities. You will take, modify and cancel reservations, process departures and payments, balance cash, and relay calls with a courteous, accurate approach.

On-site training is provided; no prior experience required. This on-site role supports a hospitality team focused on guest comfort and a smooth experience, with flexible hours

Qualifications

• English language proficiency.
• On-site work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Register arriving guests and assign rooms.
• Take, cancel and change room reservations.
• Provide information on hotel facilities and services.
• Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments.
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
