What You Will Do

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming first impression
• Manage reservations, waitlists and seating arrangements
• Escort guests to tables and provide accurate wait time estimates
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
• Assist in creating a positive and respectful dining environment
• Support overall guest satisfaction through attentive service

Certifications Requirement

Must obtain a valid Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire if required by location.

Must maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines.

Physical Requirements Essential Job Functions

This is a physically active role. Candidates must be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
• Occasionally lift and carry items such as menus or supplies
• Perform repetitive motions including standing, reaching and light lifting
• Work in a fast paced high traffic environment
• Maintain energy and focus during busy service periods
