Job summary

Tangerine Salons in Coppell, Texas, is seeking a Front Desk team member to greet guests, manage check-in/out with our POS system, and keep the front desk organized and welcoming. This role supports afternoon/evening shifts and Saturdays, with opportunities for full or part-time hours.

Ideal candidates are comfortable with Apple software, able to balance cash drawers, and capable of pre-booking clients to maintain a steady flow of appointments.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or guest services is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance cash and daily reports accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and check them in/out using the POS system.
• Provide product/service information and upsell where appropriate.
• Pre-book guests to ensure seamless future visits.
• Maintain a clean, Instagram-worthy front desk and salon area.
• Balance cash drawers and generate daily reports.

Availability Details

• Full or part-time (20–40 hours per week)
• Must be available some evenings (2:30–8:30 PM) and Saturdays
• Ability to be on your feet and move around (those steps don’t walk themselves!)
• Comfortable using Apple software (we’re a tech-savvy crew)

Hourly Pay: $15–$17(based on experience & availability)
