Tangerine Salon Reservation Center in Coppell, Texas, seeks a friendly, organized reservations specialist to greet callers and book appointments with a smile. You will help guests plan their visits, pre-book future appointments, and educate them on services while coordinating with salon teams.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators who enjoy multitasking and using Apple software on Mac. Both full-time and part-time roles are available, including some evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Full-time or part-time availability (20–40 hrs/week).
• Able to work evenings (2:30p–8:30p) and Saturdays (9a–5p).
• Comfortable using Apple software (Mac).
• Friendly, organized, and helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones professionally and warmly.

• Help guests book their perfect appointment (yes, even the tricky schedules!)
• Pre-book guests so they always leave with their next visit locked in
• Educate clients on our fabulous Tangerine services
• Route calls to the right salon locations with ease
• Text with guests and salon teams to keep communication smooth and stress-free

What Success Looks Like:

Happy, well-informed guests who feel taken care of from the first “hello”

Your team knows they can count on you— reliable, helpful, and full of good energy

Full-time or part-time availability (20–40 hrs/week)

Able to work some evenings (2:30p–8:30p) and Saturdays (9a–5p)

Comfortable using Apple software (we’re all about Mac life)

Pay:$16–$17/hourbased on experience
