Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel software.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and assist with check-in prior to arrival.
• Answer phone promptly and assist or transfer calls as needed.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII data and privacy.
