Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Baton Rouge is seeking an energetic Guest Experience Specialist to join our team. You will be the face of our hospitality culture, coordinating VIP arrivals and guest amenities while delivering exceptional service.

This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, local knowledge, and seamless front desk support. You will collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, and leadership to ensure every guest experience is memorable and positive.

Qualifications

• Minimum of years in hotel customer service experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of concierge experience or like position.
• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel amenity program, review options with guests, prepare and deliver them as assigned.
• Review VIP arrival status and assist accordingly.
• Inspect VIP rooms and pre-set amenities, ensure readiness.
• Reach out to VIP and special occasion guests 1 week prior to arrival and during stay.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to keep lobby and public areas presentable.
• Assist Front Desk with phones, check-ins and check-outs as needed.
• Support leadership with Pass-On log maintenance and front office communications.
• Provide guests with local information on events, dining, and attractions.
