Job summary

Residence Inn Salt Lake City Murray is seeking a Hotel Guest Service Representative to warmly greet guests, answer phones, process reservations, and check guests in and out using our property management system.

You will deliver courteous, personalized service, handle cash transactions accurately, and resolve guest issues promptly. Flexibility for Monday–Friday, weekends, and holidays is required, with morning or evening shifts available.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Accurate cash handling experience.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities.
• Positive attitude, outgoing, friendly.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, make reservations, check guests in/out using the property management system.
• Provide high level of service by listening and addressing requests and complaints.
• Respond quickly and empathetically to guest issues with creative resolutions.
• Use sales techniques to maximize occupancy and revenue.
