Aqua Tots Swim Schools Auburn Hills is seeking a Guest Service Manager to lead our front-line team in Auburn Hills. This salaried role requires a hands-on leader who can multitask, stay organized, and maintain a positive work environment while coordinating daily operations.

You will manage scheduling, payroll, training, and customer service, with opportunities for growth and bonuses based on performance. The ideal candidate has at least two years of management experience and can work 40–45 hours

Salary:

$40,000+ per year Based On Experience

Requirements:

• Availability to work full time
• Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday or Sunday)
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Work alongside General Manager and Aquatics Manager to provide a positive work environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Ability to process orders and order supplies as needed
• 2 years management experience
• Building relationships with staff and customers

Must be able to accommodate 40-45 hrs per week. Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 9:30am-8pm and we require 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) with a shift from 8:30am-3pm.
